The Full Moon on Friday 29th September 2023 falls at 10h57 UTC exactly on 6 degrees Aries. Just hours later Venus completes her final square to Uranus.
Whether consciously or unconsciously, something is culminating here. Perhaps a decision will be made or a situation moved forward? Quite possibly a curveball will arrive from left of field and precipitate the action that gives rise to the result. Whatever form that might take.
The balance that you’ve been seeking between diplomacy and assertiveness, between relationship and going for your own goals, is highlighted. Both Moon and Sun are connected to Venus who is wedded to asserting her own values and self-worth in self-expressive Leo. This is a formative stage on the journey of discovering who you really are within your partnership and in relation to the outside world.
Uranus in Taurus squaring up to this Venus asks us to let go of our baggage and the stuff – physical and psychological – that we really don’t need, so that we are freer to move on.
What do you actually care about? What do you actually want? Movement is suggested here, perhaps with some financial uncertainty. It’s connected with your goals; change is always challenging.
This may need some thought. The connections between the planets require input and attentiveness to function well. The physical stuff and the mindset are in the end one and the same, the one symbolising the other. Which parts of ourselves can we usefully bring to our relationships. Which of those ideas and ways of being that we are so attached to, do we need to let go of?
Ultimately, the Full Moon in Aries is asking us to push forward and to break free, but with awareness of the need to maintain balance. In this first dramatic lunation of the new Full Moon cycle, it’s up to us to take the initiative and keep our sights on the goal.
