This Supermoon in the active and go getting sign of Aries is opposed and confronted by the Sun in judicial and relational Libra.

We might have hoped for a calmer Full Moon but this feels like it’s still carrying the energy of the Libra eclipse. There’s a sense of all or nothing, of a fundamental realignment in the balance of relationship and power.

This ia about what I want and will fight for (Aries) versus negotiation and judgement (Libra). Could this spotlight a new understanding of our relationships? A profound change in the dynamic.

The Aries Moon is backed by Mars in Cancer who will defend and attack on the break, indirectly. This Mars is cautious and rooted in the past. It adds emotion, imagination and nostalgia to the forthright Moon.

The Sun in Libra is underpinned by Venus in Scorpio who may be vengeful and determined. She is probably playing her cards very close to her chest. Venus has nothing to lose as she’s about to head into Sagittarius and continue her journey.

This may be about money or shared resources but it’s also deeply emotional. There may be secrets or simply stuff that is so hard to let go of. There is definitely love, jealousy and possession behind the charming smile of the Libra Sun.

Both Sun and Moon are challenged by Mars and by powerful Pluto. Pluto demands change and transformation in realms of land and social structures. with Mars in canny Cancer emotional manipulation is entirely possible here.

Together these four planets form a dynamic Cardinal Cross which creates tension and demands action. This could be an opportunity to change direction or create a breakthrough.

This is not a stable Full Moon. All we can do is to find what keeps us strong and anchored and ride it out as best we can.
