Venus enters Capricorn at 18h26 BST on 11th November 2024

Capricorn is a serious placement for Venus. In this sign, she works hard and is quietly ambitious, valuing tradition and ‘standing on your own two feet’. She’s focussed on her duties and responsibilities to both family and society and expects ‘just reward’ for her efforts. 

Venus in Capricorn is the first inner planet to venture into an Earth sign for a little while and so merits attention. In this sense, she is a prophet, paving the way for the winter months of Capricorn and Aquarius. She reminds us to plan for cold months ahead.
